Permitted Use<\/strong><\/p><p>The use of Rent a Pallet services must comply with the following conditions:<\/p><p>Rented pallets must be used exclusively for the purpose of transporting and storing goods.<\/p><p>The user must respect the conditions agreed upon in the rental contract.<\/p><p>Pallets must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, except for normal wear and tear.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>3. Prohibited Use<\/strong><\/p><p>It is not allowed:<\/p><p>Subletting, transferring or selling pallets without prior written authorization from Rent a Pallet.<\/p><p>Using the pallets for illegal purposes or activities in violation of applicable laws.<\/p><p>Intentionally modifying, damaging or destroying pallets.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>4. Consequences of Non-Compliance<\/strong><\/p><p>Failure to comply with this Use Policy may result in:<\/p><p>Immediate termination of the lease.<\/p><p>The application of additional charges for damage, loss or misuse of pallets.<\/p><p>Legal actions in case of serious violations or illegal activities related to the use of the services.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>5. Modifications to the Use Policy<\/strong><\/p><p>Rent a Pallet reserves the right to update this Usage Policy at any time.
