The use of Rent a Pallet services must comply with the following conditions:

Rented pallets must be used exclusively for the purpose of transporting and storing goods.

The user must respect the conditions agreed upon in the rental contract.

Pallets must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, except for normal wear and tear.

3. Prohibited Use

It is not allowed:

Subletting, transferring or selling pallets without prior written authorization from Rent a Pallet.

Using the pallets for illegal purposes or activities in violation of applicable laws.

Intentionally modifying, damaging or destroying pallets.

4. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this Use Policy may result in:

Immediate termination of the lease.

The application of additional charges for damage, loss or misuse of pallets.
